Carlyle said frattin was mediocre but i can see him being the extra guy in the press box if he does not impress in his last preseason game. Nylander looks like a pro, his only problem seems to be finishing when he shoots or has excellent scoring opportunities. Leivo looks to be leading the prospect group in pts, so hope he has one final strong preseason game to get him fully injected into the lineup.

Dont care if we lost last game, Nylander looks amazing out there, his passes are smooth and completed without hesitation, looks like he already fits in with the team

I thought it was more along the lines of him saying he was having bad puck luck and not getting bounces. He's not going to slot in to the top 6 as he never should have, but he can still be effective in the bottom 6.

Just put him on waivers for the Marlies. Other teams are busy demoting their own AHL caliber players.

They should offer him to MacT for a 7th round pick, but make it a very long, like 75 page, document and bury somewhere in the middle that the deal also includes Clarkson for Hall. Would be the steal of the century - we now know he doesn't bother to read poop.
